Dash and interior cleaning

I have some really good protectant, Mother's Preserves. Will this bring back a little of the life to my consoles? They are a little faded, I expect this should bring a little of the black back to them.

On a side note, what was that protectant you had before that made everything satin instead of glossy? I need to get some of that.
