Euro Trim Bulb delete

I've been running Euro trim but wanna tidy up the wiring. Currently I have the bulbs plugged in and ziptied away to prevent the fast flashing, but is there a way to eliminate the bulb completely so that the wiring is cleaner, and so they don't fast flash?
