Can the beam pattern in a smiley be flipped?

OK, so sometime back I got a set of used smileys that apparently came from the UK. However, one side is from a LHD car and the other is from a RHD. So my beam pattern is messed up.
    Instead of:

    \___\___

    (I drive RHD)
    I get this:

    \____/

Basically the left side is correct, but the right side came from a LHD car, so its now shining wrongly.
Is it possible to open up the lens and flip the cutoff around? And if not, is it possible to access the cutoff at all, so maybe I can just blank off the top part so I don't blind oncoming drivers.
    e.g. become \____

yes, unscrew the projector housing from your passenger side light, and turn it to R.

I had to do this with mine too. It should say RD and LD or something like that on top of the housing and twist it till the notch is on LD. Pretty cool the way they did that.
