Yeah, I like IRON-E's example. Those were pretty clean and not ricey at all, IMO.

What I have gathered so far, (I know too early in the A.M. :drink:) Late model tails, candy apple corners and smoked. He won't give up how the internals are set up or what he's using but I'll keep buggin the shit out of him to talk. ;)

a couple more shots I got

              Hi guys,
Im David (Manzaa) posting on behalf of iron-e r3v account and this LED tread. when i think about the new BMW's on the road today its hard not to appreciate how BMW's have evolve in the way they use LED's. however, when trying to adapt these type units onto early models there are certain factors to consider. One factor is era factor!!! and the second one that comes to mind is "less is more".
With that said i am in the process of prototyping a e30 led kit for the taillights. something that's not over kill, simple yet elagant. the pics that were shown above are in the very early stages.
hope to show you more in the weeks to follow ...

              thanks for the comments Dave

I bet they are almost done. Its been 5 years. Cant wait to see the end result with 5 years R&D behind them. Can someone merge this into the "Im working in a machine shop now, What custom parts do you want to see made?"
