so far as I know, those never made it into production. All plastic-bumper OEM fogs are technically ellipsoid; look closely and you will see the glass lens. The OE lens is not round, and the cutoff is managed by shaping the glass rather than with a physical cutoff plate like that would have. Euro fogs are the same as U.S. fogs.

The 'fogs' on the original post look like they are actually driving lights that would produce a long narrow beam, the ones e30's come stock with are fog lights that produce a wide short beam.
