    Smoked ellipsoid help

I am a complete newbie when it comes to Euro ellipsoids and lights at all for that matter. But I have a very important question. I am purchasing a set of smoked ellipsoids with out high beam projectors. I need to know what the hel lthe projectors are. Is it the housing? The bulbs? The whole assembly? I havent a clue in hell. I also need to know where I can get a set of high beam projectors and an estimate of how much they cost. Sorry for the newbie question and thanks for any help you guys can provide. I dont want to spend a couple hundred bucks on ellipsoids just to find out I cant use them.

In order for the highbeam headlights to function correctly, you need to buy:

        1. High beam bulb
        2. High beam bucket

These connect to each other like all lights do and they are inserted into the Highbeam assembly.

I can install these headlights as is and just use the low beams right? And I wont be able to look at them and see that they have no high beams? Is this right? Or can I look at them and see that there missing high's?

You can install them and no-one will ever know you don't have the highbeam bulbs/buckets. Sorry for the confusion but you will need 2 bulbs and 2 buckets for the highs, to cover both sides of the car.

that's going to look awfully funny with standard high beams and smoked lows.. FYI the lenses are not smoked, it's an optical illusion created by a black recticle in the high beams and a black reflector in the lows. if I were you I'd buy a full set, not one with missing parts.. Greg could have hooked you up with new smoked high beams but he's not selling parts anymore.

Okay, what nando said has Nothing to do with my headlights.

My headlights DO have the recticle, its only missing the bulb/bucket that emits light through the housing. Simple as that. You are not getting screwed, and If you don't want them let me know b/c I have a lot of other interested people.

Dude..... I know nothing about these lights so I was just trying to get some more info. I told you I wanted them. I was ready to pay, I just needed to find out what else I needed to buy on top of these. I was waiting for your total and would have paid as soon as I had it. Mean time I make 3 threads just to make sure I get everything I need and you sell the damn things. Thats pretty shitty bro. :x

You have no fucking idea just how much research I did. Thats why I sent you and a couple other people countless PM's. Thanks for nothing though.

p.s.. dont start acting like an ass in this thread. I was just " doing research".
