Yeah, I bought a set of euro ellips from the UK about a year ago and converted them to LHD ones. You will need to undo the screws and pull the backs out a bit to rotate. There is a tab that goes into the front part of the lense that makes sure you dont align them wrong. as long as that tab finds the slot you are good.Im now E30less.

I talk from experience, they're marked with L/G (Left/Gauche) and R/D (Right/Droite)
so it's LHD and RHD ,
