UPDATE: finished the second side install last night, after dark, so no good pictures of a daytime install. I won't be taking any pictures today as the E30 is at home... with 98° temps forecast today, it was the air-conditioned E36's turn to drive.
Took it for a drive around the twisty backroads here. Even SWMBO was impressed.
Low-beam cutoff works perfectly. Not one oncoming driver flashed me (getting flashed is a sign of bad aiming or bad light pattern, no matter what kind of lighting).
Both high beams together - like daylight.
I'm tweaking the design of the mounting brackets a bit to make installation and adjustment easier, as well as working on the trim ring, and hard-crunching numbers to figure out pricing on duplicate sets.- Rob Levinson * UUC Motorwerks * 678-679-5360 * http://www.uucmotorwerks.com * rob@shortshifter.com

Plus one on a general price range so I can start saving if need be. I think these look sick and I will really think about replacing my current set of light, even if I did just get the set of HIDs I have in them now.
Thanks for bringing new products to the market!sigpice30 Sold long ago - Too many BMWs since then... For now 2006 M5

Depending on configuration - lows only, or lows+highs, trim rings, new adjusters, etc., pricing may be approximately $1000 - $1900.- Rob Levinson * UUC Motorwerks * 678-679-5360 * http://www.uucmotorwerks.com * rob@shortshifter.com

seriously, at night the best upgrade you do to car is not to be able to stop, or turn, or go, it is to see what is there earlier so you dont have to stop shorter or swerve at all.Brian Jacobs

A lot of E30s these days are far from $3K cars... I figure there's an honest $17K in my E30 (not including the headlights), and it's a relatively mild engine swap car. Cars that have a euro motor, turbo, etc., the entire build package on these cars can easily run to $40K or more.

You're going to have a very hard time moving them for that price. The only group that has that kind of money is the M3 crowd, and they are purists that don't drive at night so they don't want "ugly" (non-euro-oem) headlights no matter how much better they are functionally. Sweet product and concept though, good luck.
