    Euro Ellipsoids question?

Bosch Euro Ellips: Anyone know if you can disassemble the highs to clean the lens from the inside? How? I see some tabs that look bendable, but look as though they might break. Anyone done this?

If not, how much to replace?

you should be able to, you have to remove the projector assembly from the lense, it's held on by 3 screws. make sure to reseal it when you are done, or you'll get leaks. you won't have enough room to fit your hand in there but you should still be able to wipe it out with your fingers.

when u say "reseal", do u mean u have to put some caulking or something? or just tighten it well? i opened up my smoked ellips to clean them, and now they are leaking even though i tightened it down well...

the high beams do not disassemble... only access point is where the bulb is inserted, other then that you would need to remove the glass.

unless i missed something in your post, i'm clueless what everyone else is talking about.

sorry, for some reason I thought he meant low beams. you can't take the back of the highs off.

as for the other question, resealing, i'd just use some clear sillicone or maybe some high temp black stuff. I'm going to try this on my depos to see if it helps with the leaking..

Yeah, I looked again. There is no easy way to disassemble. There are three tabs holding the light reflector in place, and I am afraid they would break if bent out.
