    Replacing fog light lenses

I searched and couldn't find any threads on how to remove the old lenses and replace them with new ones. If I missed the thread, please direct me to it, if not, how are people removing the old glass lenses and putting the new ones on?

    Thanks!

Original ones are held on with glue, just cut off the old lenses. I used clear silicone to hold on the replacement lenses and it's been fine for 3 years so far.

already tried that. the lenses are pretty tight on the frame, not really anywhere to cut at.

I literally just busted mine and used a pair of pliers to pull the old broken glass off.

Where does one acquire the replacement glass?

Only place I know of is via bmwlights(see link in diy thread). They're polycarb.

Heres mine. I painted the projector holder and did a few other subtle internal mods. eg: the end bits of the lens that stick out past the housing are smoked on OE's, replacements aren't. So I painted those too.

I don't always wreck cars, but when I do I wreck them into trees.
