The difficulty is that the housing is tighter than the rear housings and something that is producing more heat than a stock bulb is not ideal for traffic situations. An endurance test would be nice to see how the stock materials hold up.
I have had the other bulbs for about 2 years now. No plastic melting. These guys design there LEDs with heat sinks and other cool stuff. The rear brake is recently put in. I swapped over from my other e30(this had a mangled rear deck i had to replace). I forgot I didnt have a LED there. I'll get one this week and put it in take a picture for ya.

How is the lighting during daytime? Pics of it during daytime?

Interesting. I think I'll pick up some of the dome and trunk ones...

                Warning....
I used to use those style tail bulbs (not that brand so yours might be better made) and my subwoofer shook them to pieces(and they were randomly failing B4 I noticed)

VERY BAD and dangerous, but I also had a jl12w7 and most ppl don't have that mucho much sub :)

Question: Do these bulbs work well with a check panel for error checking(you know the dummy lights I'm talking about)??

and has anyone figured out the # and Style to redo EVERY bulb LED (ie dash lights, ashtray lights ect....)

Wondering the same, as I don't want to have the same problem.

I have 2 10s and never had a problem. Lights are solid. I listen to dub step and metal, soo bass hits a lot.. heh. As for dash lights I have those to which lights did you want to replace?I did red and took out the plastic cover. Its intense at night

Also any lEd will set off check panel you just need to put a resistor inline to show a the same power coming back. That's how the check panel works through the voltage. Since led is lower you get my drift?

Updated my bulbs to the newer style brake bulb and parking light. Posted them in the link on 1st page. The older style is nice but the brightness on these is really really bright. Parking lights on in my garage with out garage lights on light up the whole back wall.

Did you have to install resistors for the front turn signals?
