Go to the auto paint supply store and get some panel bond or plastic bumper repair epoxy. If you get evercoat brand, you can use a regular calking gun instead of having to buy the special 2 part gun and tips.

UPDATE , got my new Phillips bulbs :D (used but new to me) My issue above was my DDM bulbs.. even tho new they weren't centered. I think my ddm ballast are starting to go, im getting alot of flickering at start up..

Anyways here some pix from tonight. This was the darkest place I could find. The pix dont show how dark it really was, i guess i have the settings set to pick up any type of light at night.

enjoy! order: lights off , parking lights , lows, then highs.

              head shot

about 50 feet away, my car is a lil low and i need to re adjust the lights a lil higher.

Are you using the 35 or 55 watt ballast?

I have the 35 watt hella oem ballast. Interested to see if there is a big difference.

You can polish the lenses with cerium oxide of they are not really pitted badly, otherwise you need to sand them first to get the big stuff out.

yeah i think the 35w will bring out more color.

Ive read up everyway on every forum in the world how todo clean up that glass.

Comes down to Cerium oxide. Some ppl say you can use alum polish , sand polish etc etc.

Bring up your driver's side light to be even with the passenger's side. Cutoff looks better and you can see further.
