why is everyone worried about equipment legality all of a sudden?

Yeah, those screws still need to be painted.
What is on your hood? Some little black thing it looks like...

That's my external wastegate for the Greddy blow-off valve. It releases the compressor surge into the atmosphere to protect my expensive T3/T4 hybrid.

            It's my key dude.

Since Ryan, Super Eta, used black paint to do them. ;)

It's just an opinion. If you use testors, that can be tasty and clean.

Personally, I don't like Lamin-X black, it's looks glossy in the pictures. Tinted sidemarkers should reduce attention and blend in, not stick out. Tint strips or whatever was used on G20's taillights. Looked good far away, but up close it was bootleg.

Personally, I do not like the red... smoked looks 100x better. But, I cannot decide if I like red or the original better - I think it depends on the color of the car.

It looks good, but I think smoked would look better.

And Slammed... I thought you told me you were pulled over, or stopped leaving a movie theater parking lot for your red lights. Cause they are definately illegal.

If anything, replace the red rear markers with orange ones, and leave orange ones in the front.

Red all around looks tacky, seeing as the front parking lights are orange. Why mix it with red?

                        Or, just get euro mouldings.

I liked how my all red sidemarkers looked, probably because I had clear front signals. But I totally agree about mixing them with amber front signals. :?

Then again, I also would have definitely preferred euro trim..

Though you also had body-color mouldings.

Red all around I like. I'll do something with the front turn signals eventually.....and probably all red the tails.

I like it, it looks clean on a red car in my eyes. Euro mouldings I would if I could.

p.s. you should have told your friend Bry or whatever his sidemarkers were tacky. ;) (I got a folder of good looking red E30s including these old pics from E3S.) Your pal with the red E30 with new paint and grey aftermarket seats had all red sidemarkers! :P

pps. repost more pictures of this car, I love it! I have all the ones from your cruise here, and the ones from when his car was for sale.

on second thought, I think he might of went tinted in the end.

                              Beautiful! :D
