I spent 12.95 on tint spray, MHW's on abrahams cost 350, how is that only saving 90 dollars?? Last time i checked that was a savings of 337.05. they look really dark in that pic, my car was in the shade, they aren't as dark looking in the sun. As far as light output, it's fine, clearly visible just as stock is. I've had it on there for 5-6 months and no problems at all, no chiping, no fading.

It's not just you, they look terrible. I can't wait until this guy posts a thread about how some "asshole" rear-ended him because the guy couldn't see his brake lights.

I think the MHW's look terrible.. just gross..., all smoked looks good on the right car... I'm more of an all red guy myself

Cheap way to get good results on your SMOKED TAILIGHTS

Its takes some time tho but go to JEGS or JCWhitney buy NIght Shade SPray.. YEa some say its tacky but its how u finish. clean of your lenses with alcohol preferably JAck daniels JUST KIDDING make sure its clean Spray lenses with a thin coat and once you got your desired darkness testors high gloss model clear coat to finish it off use glass sanding materials to smooth out bump etc.. I will show a pic real soon..

sanded down completely smooth, all the little hella/bmw symbols and stupid numbers and bumps gone. These things are like f'n glass. 4 coats of automotive grade clear these will never fade or look like shit. Granted they aren't mhws, and I think mhws look better, but I think they look better than any other self-tint job ive seen.

Lighting output only slightly reduced. Mainly during the daytime, but I still have my 3rd light which is in the eyesight of most drivers.
