My advice is smoke your US ellips because they keep it clean and doesn't add a "tacky"(subjective) look to a car that is simple in design.

So to help this thread, I will contribute, not just bitch and moan..


heres mine in my car.

There are different ways you can do it, LED's, CCFL's...

You can either smoke or leave your housings chrome.
Mine are US-ellipsoids, smoked, I don't use my highbeams so F-them, they are smoked, the ellipsoid, reflector is smoked... i searched a lot for the right size of these and found them a couple years ago, I was asked to replicate this for a friend and cannot currently find the right CCFL lights to do this... (that doesnt cost over $100) SO good luck. I also spent a pretty penny doing this as right as I could... Including the headlights, paint, lights, silicone and various other stuff needed. It takes time, you need to heat and remove the housings sand/ paint, seal, drill... Over $250 plus time!!!!

I offered to do this again for a fee but nobody was ever interested... If you dont feel safe doing it yourself, let me know, if you need more help I can PM you to answers questions to my best ability.
