    No low beams

I'm finishing up my swap, but I now have no low beams. I have a 90 M3, so it came with the standard halogen lights. I have since changed to ellipsoids. I have continuity in the wiring from fuse box to light. There is no power at fuse 13 or 14. For the relay, I only have power at pin 85. Should pin 86 have power all the time or when the lights are turned on? Even when I turn the lights on, no other pin has power. My brights work, as do the inside the cabin lights.

    What should I be checking?

Do all four lights come on when your highs are on?

I never put the extra relay in when converting to the ellipsoids, so only the highs came on before. Same now. Basically, I should have no link between highs and lows.

Did you get euro lights or USD elisp lights?

Euro smoked hellas. Everything worked before the swap, but now they don't. I didn't do anything to the lighting wiring though, so its kind of weird. Especially since all other lights work fine.

Find DYI on sealed to euros. There are some wires you have to swap and a relay you have to jumper.
