    the hids i bought suck

hey I think when I got them I gave them good reviews.

However after a month, the bulb on one of my hids fell out of its housing, broke and burned a hole in my headlight.

The headlight is still useable but it has a hole burned through it.

I cannot actually think of a worse review to give a product in that it actually fell apart and caused a fire.

It is actually the very worst hid or bulb you could ever buy dont ever get the ones I got. And yes, it happened to the other one too it just didnt fall out into the headlight it fell out backwards.

In the event that you were to buy just the ballast and bought the bulbs somewhere else.... maybe.

But I wouldnt spend my money on that ballast seeing as the bulbs that came with it are worse than crap.

Just a shout out that whatever I ever said about g4 hids suck ass.

Morimoto 4300K 35W, done. Sorry to hear about your trouble. HIDs are definitely a case of, "you get what you pay for."

I hate that cliche and prove it wrong constantly.

      In this case totally right.

There's been plenty of threads, about people recommending different types of HIDs. I've bought 6 sets from DDM and not 1 problem at all.
        Sorry for your missfortune dude.

I cant actually speak to any other brands I just dont want anyone to buy those ones, especially based on my recomendation.

Thats all I have to say about hids. That and get the white ones not the blue ones. I put back in the halogen bulbs and threw the junk in the glove box.

what i must say is that the headlight being broken and burning did not set off the headlight warning.

the bulb was broken, but still had continuity as i drove around burning a hole in my headlight.

still was working broken. I bet real bulbs have a safety feature that prevents this from hapeneing because Ive never heard of it before.

and of course they are made in a tighter way where they dont fall out and break in the first place.
