Conversion to DEPOs from an e36?

I got my hands on a set of DEPO glass headlights with angel eyes from an e36 m3. Wondering if can be made to work on e30 without too much hassle?

Why the violent reaction? I'm simply trying to find out if somebody out there has tried this.

Don't see how that is violent? More of a dumb post that the guy didn't really need to hit the summit reply button to...

But in short, no. Only cars i've seen with the e36 lights in are 2nd gen Cavaliers and 3rd gen Camaros.

Is it a fitment issue or an electrical issue? Or worse, both? The core support is already coming out soon so if I have to put some new tabs on there it shouldn't be too much of an issue. As far as wiring, we're swapping in an s50 so i'll have the necessary wiring harness bits available. Seems like since I have/will need all the components anyway, it shouldn't be too difficult.

I just want to make sure nobody had tried it and they spontaneously combusted or anything.

The issue is taste, or lack thereof.

Yeah, just put it together in photoshop and it didn't look anything like what I was hoping for. Oh well...

You understand the difference in design between E30 and E36 headlight housings right?
