How do I remove the screws to install the headlight into the bracket???

You need to be very careful. The plastic is hard and brittle after so long, so use a pair of needle-nose pliers and gently apply pressure until it rotates 90 degrees.Interested in vintage cars? Took me awhile and some blood and band aids but got it done. Plastic tabs were not rotating with screw.

Also helps to note which way you should rotate it so you aren't forcing or breaking anything. Look on the backside and apply some lubricant.
