    E30 self leveling headligts

Hello everyone, i just purchased a set of headlights, and the low beam ones have some kind of motor atached to them, as far as i get it - its for self leveling or automatic regulation, right? If so, how do i wire them over my non-regulated ones? Thank you.

Euro models had an option for headlights that you could adjust from inside the car. That's what the motor is for, assuming that these are E30 lights that you picked up. It's probably no big deal if you leave it unplugged.

Wonder if they're just 12v motors, if so i could just hook them up to a simple switch and make my lights adjustable.

If they're from an E30, the system is hydraulic not electric, unless someone retrofitted something from an E36.
