Just my opinion but they look bad, and $200 is pretty high. But my opinion, not trying to thread crap.

I believe you can get new early tails from a member here for under 100. Can then smoke them, make them all red, or do whatever you'd like!

Looks interesting but they are too dark and not DOT or TUV approved. They don't have any capsules in them so it looks like you'll need to use colored bulbs if you want to be road legal. Not a bad attempt though..if only they were a lighter smoke color and included the reverse light.

So these seem to be cheap attempt at smoked early tails. I guess ill stick to stock tails. Stock is best!

Thats the deal if you want to try to smoke a set yourself. Much cheaper alternative!

I'm not into smoked tails but they'd look pretty cool if properly done.
however I agree, just get a set from the yard (where theyre cheapest) and smoke the shit outta them if you really want them that dark.

Mo Brighta, Mo Betta, that's my thing. After having my 72 2002 crunched up and totaled five times by five different insurance companies, you can imagine why.

But if you want smoked lenses, may I suggest brighter bulbs? At least you will have a chance of being seen, avoiding the sickening crunch of an SUV bumper in your rear end.

                    just my '02 cents worth...
