Anyone who knows where I can get this kind of headlight foil or something alike? (No yellow foil, gold foil like on the picture)

I think the word you're looking for is film, not foil. That may help more with your search.

As for the gold color, I have never heard of gold for headlights. The picture may look gold, but probably is a yellow stained glass spray. Or the color is off in it due to it wanting to look artsy..

Are those Euro bumpers or just tucked bumpers? I assume the euro bumpers don't have the parking lights on the side.

Could also be Mercedes lights, I think those are yellow glass...

Yellow lights are called French lights over here, cause it was obligatory in France to have yellow headlights. I can get those easily, but it are not the ones I'm looking for.

I thought that gold film wouldn't be that unusual, seen that you can find red, blue, green and all kinds of colors of film.
