    Euro Ellips city lights

I'm curious how this bulb functions. The little light on the top of euro smileys.

Is it a daytime light, and never turns off, or is it powered on with the parking lights......?

**thinking of possibilities and legality of red lights in there again** if they go on with parking lights, no problem, shouldn't be a real issue. If they are DRL, I would have to put in a switch.

    My hacked chop:

anyway, imagine dead of night, with the city lights in red, on my red car. It would theoretically look cool and evil. When the low beam was on, the red wouldn't show at all, or it shouldn't.

I dunno. It would be a cool little affect. (if not rice)

You can wire them as DRL if you want to. I spliced mine into the side marker connection.

        1. Parking light
        2. Red is rarely red with bulbs. It will come out looking pink. We did it as a goof when Kyle came up and it looked gheyer than Charlie.

Yeah, i wouldn't want them as DRL, people would ask "Why are your lights on?" Parking light is good.

Damn. I don't want pink headlights. Hmmmm. Oh well.

Hey you running a brothel in your car. Red lights in window means hooker for rent in side. Aka red light district.

speaking of which, anyone know the part # for the city light connector? :)

Do euro cars have it on with parking lights or when the car is on? I'm thinking it'd be better with the car on, I don't want to run around with parking lights on all the time.

If you mean by parking lights your blinkers
Well we doesn't have that in Europe
when you pull on your light switch and stop on the click then will light those 'citylights' on
2nd click is your low beam ;)

*Edit* In europe is it illegal to run with lights in your blinkers (only your blinklights are allowed)
