What is the difference with the outside beams that have the round spot in the middle I see on some of you guys cars? It's looks cool but what's the difference? What are they called? Thanks

ellipsoids

There are 3 types of Ellipsoids. A. US ellips (have black spot) B. Euro ellips (also have black spot. Much better then US ellips.) C. Euro ellips. (have black spot AND black u shaped "smiley" cut out. Same out-put as non smiley)
Euro light use H1 bulbs and US uses 9905/006 bulbs
Check the Forsale forum her as there are alway some up FS or check ebay (thats wher I got my euro's)sigpic

Hell's ya they look good. MANY people have them. The smiley is a tell tale sign that they are euro. The ones I bought are NON smiley so its not OBVIOUS that they are euro's ( a bit on the sleeper side ;) )Originally posted by Malucosigpic
