my point is more that it's not going to do much for a huge rock hitting your lights - they are still going to shatter, the lamin-x is just too soft for that. I'm sure it works fine to reduce pitting, but I live in gravel truck country..

True but NO film will stop a huge rock from shattering a glass light, not even
3m protective film, I've gone through 2 fogs with 3m tape on it.

For another $80 you could have brand new ones.

I have a pair Id like to sell and I just wanted to know a fair price.....anyhow, saving $80 -90 on a $200 item is significant for someone trying to save.

Gotcha, it just seems smarter to spend the extra money on brand new ones
for the difference. I'd like to see the ones you're selling, are they mint? Send pics to egktwo@yahoo.com if you don't mind.

                  Thanks

Lamin X is great, the stuff just feels like quality when you get it, very thick, and just what you expect... the best.

Nothing will prevent cracks or shattering but this does a damn good job of general protection for a great variety of looks.

I have had mine on for about 3 weeks now, that's how long they are supposed to settle before they look like apart of the glass... even if your not the best person at installing sticky things, these are very forgiving and any bubbles left will disappear over time!

                        Go buy some

Does anyone have a pic of yellow lamin-x on a white e30? I've been thinking of getting some, but I'm not sure of how it will look. Also, if anyone could tell me what they think of the idea?

Do I have to buy a precut from lamin-x? Or am I able to buy a roll that I cut and put on myself? Plus, if I do buy a roll, which size should I buy?
