Replacement fog light screw plugs?

So I've been trying to find these for a while since I've grown tired of not having fog lights on. I tried to salvage what plugs I had from my old bent valance, but they were mostly broken.

Is there a part number or a similar plug that will work as a replacement? I'd rather not go the ziptie route lol.
