I already ordered the "real" MHW smoke lights from Abrahams Motorsport (Mel seems like a pretty cool guy to work with) since both of these were just shy of 30 days out from Deutschland but I kinda like the idea of "modernizing" the car bit / getting rid off the ambers. The ONLY photo I saw of any of these was the red/clear on a 318i with divingboards (thus the "small" tails) and I wasn't all that impressed. Thoughts? Please set any "purist" BS aside and just refrain from posting if all you're gonna say is "Stay OEM you're gay kthxbye."

look on http:e30.de there's a 335iC with them on it. They don't look bad on that car but I have seen them on a guys car and they looked like butt.

I've read issues on sealing/moisture, and seen a few photos. That and that whiney little waffleswaffleswaffleswaffles "rochelle" in the UK had 'em and I don't want to be guilty-by-association :D

In the eyes of beholder. I think they might not look bad on a dark car but not on that one.

And yes they leak and short out and they are cheap. So might be cheaper to save for a set of MHW's.
