2 way glass for turn signals mod idea

you could go complete black and still have decent visibility when the lights come on for turning. Although i'm not sure if it would show through enough...

I'm sure there's some 2 way tint of some sort that could work for this.

I don't think it really matters. my turn signals are nearly black and they are still plenty bright.

i just picked some smoked turn signals up and they had orange plastic behind the smoke, they light up oranger than the originals but look smoked otherwise.

The smoked turn signals that Abrahams sells are made from Depo, and don't have any amber lense behind the smoked.

??? the ones I bought from them are MHW's. I can show you the lenses or the box. They have the removable amber piece, but I left mine in. It also comes w/ black screws :D

I just bought a set of smoked turns from them last week, and they are Depos. I'm not saying they are bad, but don't expect MHWs.

It's not a big deal. If they fit, they work, and they're smoked, they're good enough for me. Maybe they changed suppliers, maybe you just got a different set they had in stock, who knows.

I got mine on ebay for $15 new so I am not sure. They look real good and are quality. I'm guessing they were bought from abrahams and the orange insert was removable.
