they're okay. definitely put some stoneguard on them - the plastic is pretty soft and they will pit easily. I have them on my foglights and you can't tell they're plastic.

oh those.. well they don't really have the correct pattern in them like ellipsoids come with. I don't know, I've never seen them. personally I'd just go with the plastic ones..
