    correct bulb for euro ellipsoids?!

i bought the conversion kit, but didn't
realize that no bulbs were included...

i don't want to get into modifying bulbs
and stuff...i just want to plug and play...

what size fits these units without modification?
and where can i get them? dealer? Auto Zone?

    help!

It's not going to be plug and play though, especially if you didn't buy the plugs/harnesses.

Did you buy OSRAM or Sylvania H1 Silverstars?

Last I knew, Sylvania does not make H code lighting, and OSRAM Silverstars are legal for use in europe only. Wal-Mart isn't going to stock them...

the front of the plastic box reads SYLVANIA H1 ST
as well as SilverstarĀ® High Performance Lighting...

the fine print on the back reads OSRAM SYLVANIA
Products, Inc. SYLVANIA is a registed trademark of
OSRAM SYLVANIA INC. Silverstar is a trademark of
OSRAM GmbH used under license. Made in Germany.

looks like OSRAM and SYLVANIA bulbs are
made by the same people--just the packaging is
                      different...

it's not just the packaging, the sylvannia silverstars have a worthless blue coating on them, the OSRAM silverstars do not.

Yeah, are the bulbs completely clear, or blue tinted?

they're not blue--wouldn't have bought 'em if
they were...the best way to describe them
would be that they look like they've been dipped
in chrome...are these the real deal?
