    BLack Euro Hella H1 issue

Got a nice set of BLack Euro headlights. Passenger low beam is a bit duller the drivers side. Tested bulb which is fine. After disassembly, I found the passenger low beam plastic backing which is a "plastic chrome" (like tail light housings) has blackend from probable heat. Any suggestions to "rechrome" would be greatly appreciatted. I am thinking of either chrome paint or some type of polished aluminum to line the headlight backing... Thanks

you can replace the reflector part. I don't know how much it costs though.

I tried aluminum tape that I had left over from an AC job. Will hook back up and see how bright it is..

Arg I think the name of it is called metalization. You can chrome a plastic coke bottle. Find one and see if they can re do yours. Or get the chrome spray paint. There's both ends of the spectrum.
