HID Install -> Low Beam 'check' light comes on sometimes...

I installed a generic 9006 HID kit, everything looks great, but my 'low beam' check panel light has come on...Is this a fuse issue? That was my first thought, that there is an overcurrent situation that the computer wants me to know about.

its normal to me. check all your connections and just turn on the lights after the car has started.

my check panel works just fine with an HID kit. make sure you have good grounds first..

I've never had the problem in either of my E30's with HID's.
