Osram Silverstar vs. Philips vision plus

I emailed suvlights.com and they said they were out of the osram silverstars, but they said that they had the philips vision plus (http://www.suvlights.com/index.php?cPath=37) in stock. they told me that the philips "scored slightly higher"(Narva Range). http://autoexpress.co.uk/products/products/212937/make_light_of_winter.html Anyone heard or experienced these? thanks.

I've been running vision pluses in my high beams for quite some time and they're every bit as good as the silverstars I think. That said, Osram now has the new Nightbreaker available which I'm very tempted to try...
