I am getting new HIDs from understeer.com :D and the website had an option for a relay harness and/or LBF modules. What are these options? and I was wondering if ordering these along with the kit is necessay. Thanks for the help.

You don't need the LBF. Those are for newer cars for when you convert them to H.I.D. They need an extra relay in order for the ballast to work to fire the bulbs.
Just buy the kit. No extra stuff.

LBF=Low Beam Failure. As mentioned, not really an issue for the E30. Some of the newer cars see HID's as a burnt out bulb because of the difference in impedance.

No but the guy I bought them from is still around. Search the Group Buy forum for HID and you should stumble over a locked thread. I know he doesn't want to do any more group buys but he might be willing to hook you up.
