I will be sticking them in euro non-smiley bosch lights, got em from germany and what not, anyways whats the best K temperature to go with and should i put them in just the low beam, and 35 or 55w? i searched for temperature, color, kelvin and did not get too many results, sorry if this is a repeat.

Temperature and 35w/55w is all personal preference.
The combination most commonly considered as the best balance between color and output would be a 55W 6000k kit.
Just get a kit for low beam, and if you feel like it, and you have fog lights, then get a kit for your fog lights.
www.ddmtuning.com sells HID kits at killer prices with lifetime warranties.

yeah definately gonna get DDM, they do have sick prices and there gonna go even lower around thanksgiving, and I figure why not wait anyways, cause I got plenty to do to the car in the meantime, I think ill go with the 6000K for the temp, just undecided about the watts, but seems like 55 is better for only a little more money.1991 318is --- currently not road worthy
