brights come on, dims don't...

Hey, I've been having some problems with my headlights ever since i acquired my car... When i turn on my headlights the dims don't wanna come on, but the brights will. I've already replaced the headlight switch, but i'm thinking that it might just have a bad relay, so if you guys have any advice or a fuse box diagram, that'd be great.

That took 30 seconds of googling "e30 fuse box diagram". It's not that bloody hard.

Relay needs to be changed and contacts cleaned

i don't remember how i fixed them, but it didn't end up being the relays i don't think...
