    brights come on, dims don't...

Hey, I've been having some problems with my headlights ever since i acquired my car... When i turn on my headlights the dims don't wanna come on, but the brights will. I've already replaced the headlight switch, but i'm thinking that it might just have a bad relay, so if you guys have any advice or a fuse box diagram, that'd be great.

just changed the bulbs and they still don't work. I'm leaning towards a bad relay, but i don't have a fuse box diagram, so.....

That took 30 seconds of googling "e30 fuse box diagram". It's not that bloody hard.
