Third brake light on a cabrio...differences

So I've been looking for a replacement third brake light for my 91 Cabrio which is the exact type shown on this Laguna Cabrio here -



But the only ones I see for sale are ones that look like these below. These are OEM and they say these will fit my 91 Cabrio which doesn't make sense. This version has 2 screws and a frame on the bottom of the red plastic. Mine has neither. Can anyone explain and or confirm this will fit and or why I can't find a replacement that is like mine?

Early convertibles (1987 and 1988?) came with a tall narrow 3rd brake-light, which had the frame going all the way around.

Later convertibles (at least 1989+) had the short wide 3rd brake light, like your top picture.

I am trying to get the seals remanufactured but need a good example
if you switch trunklid to delete that light, keep me in mind
