Hi, Sorry to be the newb to ask these kinds of questions, but I have done my searching and reading before posting this and I just want to cut to the chase PLEASE, if you can help me out.
I believe I have the CM5907 HU and I cant for the life of me figure out or find a clear identification of the Wires I have coming out of this thing.
Can anyone just give me a brief Breakdown on what they are? I think I have a few of them:
A:?
B: Purple/gray -Power IN 12v fuse12?
C:Brown/black - Ground
D:?
E:Blue - to fader control for Right channels?
F:?
G:?
Which are which?
BOTH A and F appear white - Whites on the diagrams ive looked at seem to be for one to power antenna and one to the light switch?
BOTH D and G look yellow - Yellows look like they're for Left channel fader control and one to always HOT?
My HU powers up and asks for security code, which i got directly from my bmw dealer, but it does not turn on after i punch my code in. I will likely just get an after market HU and rewire a complete system, but IDK.
