    Removing Tweeters from their pods

How can I pull the tweeters out? They are stuck like motherfuckers with some brownish glue that is completely hard and not succespable to heat. Any ideas?

If you know which part is the tweeter, and which is the pod, then x-acto knife the glue all the way around, then push really hard.

I can't even cut this glue with an exacto! I'm tempted to just drill it out or something.

Yeah, I'm going to have to go buy some more cutoff wheels. Thanks for reminding me, I forgot I had that nifty little tool

I used a dremel on mine... made quick work of it and I made the hole the perfect size for the new tweeters.
