No Sound Out at all (VDO TR7412UB-OR)

I recently installed a VDO TR7412UB-OR which was fine for a few months and then for about two weeks would randomly cut out for a few seconds. Now after turning on my car and radio, there is no sound out at all. None from radio, bluetooth, aux, nothing. All I could think to do was check the wiring running to the new headunit, which appears good. What should I check now? It is worth noting as well I have a Kenwood amp, but that has been there for 10+ years no issues. Thank you very much for your help!

Not from anything i’ve heard. Is it still possible to be the unit itself if the unit still turns on/displays? I could probably RMA it if it is the issue.
