Some pics from last summer... I'm not going to do anything to the outside except add the Morimoto LED headlights... rest will be like this... classic.

Car has a limited slip and z3 SSK as well...

Yes--I just dropped off the interior panels today with the seats. Ended up deciding to do everything in the e46 natural brown color--seats, rear tonneau cover, door panels, rear quarter panels. The black carpet, center console, and dash will be the contrast!

Pics of the outside below... I bought it last year from a great owner in Florida who had a full respray on it. Florida car, not a spot of rust. The car will now spend it's retirement as a summer cruiser on Cape Cod. A pic from last summer...

You door and rear panels are just covered in on piece of vinyl that can all be peeled off. Any can easily recover those in black vinyl. I would suggest just spraying your footwells black or finding a replacement set in black.
So I'm still on the fence--I have until Friday to make a final decision. I saw this the other day, and now I'm leaning towards a solid color again. Both look great!

I saw these picture online today and fell in love... I think I'm going to do a two tone interior with black and natural brown. I'll already have the black carpet installed, so will wrap the door panels, trim, and tonneau cover in black with natural brown inserts.

Some updated pics on the center console / armrest. The bass knob for the Mosconi amp has been installed where the hazard switch was.

and finished product. They angled it higher than they usually do so as to not block the sound from the footwell speaker. The floormat will cover this --you won't even know it's there...
