    question...need help pleeeeease

so i put a head unit in. i wired it all up according to some instructions found online as to what the colors were.. i used 4 prong plugs so it plugs in and out...let me get to the problem.. it has a sort of wine. idk what this could mean.. i then replaced all the speakers thinking this could fix it but it still hasnt.. anyone have an answer to this.. its currently not grounded but having it grounded didnt change anything so i didnt bother..

Does the sound change when you turn the lights on? You may have tapped into the dimmer wire for the display.

did you remove the stock amp? did you bypass the stock speaker wires? you must ground things for them to work right.

Does the whine change when the RPMS of the engine change? If so then some sort of signal isolator or change of routing of wires would be needed, this was always prevalent with the GM's that had the ignition on the firewall (right behind the stereo. Oh and ground it you don't want to be replacing it every month or so.
