Power window - motor good, there's power, glass is off cant move up/down

so i have a problem with passenger side window.
it has power and the motor running well.
only thing that i can manually move the glass up/down but not from the switch.

(switch, motor, everything work in order)

here's the pic of what my regulator/motor look like
could it be the regulator that broken so that i can move it up/down by hands?

yea, if the motor is running, but regulator isnt moving the window, something is broken.
