I found these while doing a little digging online. They might just work for the rear speakers in the cabrio. Interestingly enough, my rear speakers are in good shape (although their sound is a bit flat).

While I'm at it, I'll probably try their component setup up front...

Well then someone please tell me the name/model of a decent speaker to properly fit the rear of the cabrio. It appears that all the cabrio owners so far are still running their OEM rear speaker because no one has been able to locate a speaker that will fit. It seems to me that the PLS 50 is one of the only games in town and it's at least better than the stock piece. For me, I'm simply looking for an improvement over a lousy rear speaker and a blown out front speaker setup. I'm considering several options for my front speakers including Infinity, but for the rear speakers I'm thinking the Pyle's are a good bet.

Although I have already ordered the Pyle speakers much to the disappointment of many of you, I did stumble across these from Blaupunkt...

Polk DB5250s fit in our cabrios with a little bit of banging with the hammer, it needs like an extra 2cm of clearance, really, that's all it needs.
