Here are some more progress shots:
Big stack of endcaps. These are the hardest part to get right adn consistient. If I had more stuff, I could do them easier...but with nothing but a table saw and a good imagination, I built a jig:



Yes my table saw is like 100 years old, but that is a CDT "full kerf" blade, and is like $150. Totally kicks ass!

Since 8:30 this AM, went out chasing parts.

I have to buy my wood (tee hee, fags) at Home Depot (others just get a blue pill, right?) so I can get it cut to 34 1/2" X 49" and they will do a decent job: I just cannot work with full sheets by myself.

Cut all the ports to length, beveled the ends, glued on the elbows and painted the insides black!



Now, off to LUNCH!

That would be a "deluxe" box, BTW, installed by me.

If someone wanted a complete custom install, I can build and test an install, pull it and ship it to you....not cheap, but likely less than local guys and certainly better...
