    Euro Car Stereo?

Has anyone pulled this radio out before...it's a Grundig from a Euro Spec E30:

The adapter I purchased is not correct and before I cut any wires I was wondering if someone might happen to know if there is an adapter out there for plugs like this. Both were plugged into the back of the factory radio.

Antenna plug..not sure if I will need adapter for new radio? (Nakamichi CD400 which is in the mail)

Back of radio where above connectors plug into:

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

I have never seen an antenna plug like that, so you will probably need to put a new end on it. as for adapters, it will most likely be easier to just cut and splice (unless you might go back to the original radio) because it can be really tight back there.

That Grundig wasn't the OEM radio. Somebody spliced in the harness for that radio. You should just unscrew the wires from the Grudig unit from those splice "blocks" and wire in the Nakamichi harness. As for the antenna, you can get an adapter for cheap at just about any German electronics store that has car audio.

        Thanks for the advice.

Dirtboy: Any particular stores you have in mind. Is this something I can pick up at a German ATU? I live in the Wiesbaden area if that helps.

Hmmm Saturn, Media Mart, Pro-Markt... They're all the Best Buy's of Germany but you can find some decent stuff there.
