Guys, I need monies STAT.
As soon as 8 of the 10" boxes and 2 of the 12" boxes are paid for, we are gonna go get dirty.

I actually have a guy wanting just that.
The challenge is that once a box is over about 3.2 cubic feet, it no longer fits in the trunk opening.Comment

Would you be willing to build me a sealed 10" deluxe box?
I HATE port noise and have NEVER heard a ported box I like.Need parts now? Need them cheap? steve@blunttech.com

Because 99% of the ported boxes out there suck ass. Most installers are idiots, remember? That includes me too, sometimes.
I HATE sealed boxes because they sound slow and murky, with piss poor detail.Comment

My experience with sealed vs ported is the exact opposite of yours. A quality sub, in an properly sized sealed box with a nice amp is not slow, murky or lacking in detail.
At least not to MY ears. And since it would be in MY car, a sealed box is what I prefer. That's the thing about sound, it's all subjective.
Keep in mind that wasn't a shot at you or your products, I just like the sound of sealed boxes better.Need parts now? Need them cheap? steve@blunttech.com

I am personally a fan of sealed boxes myself, but the gain you get with a nicely designed ported box is hard to beat. If the port is designed well and takes into consideration the sub you'll be using it can be unnoticable. My experience with sealed vs ported is the exact opposite of yours. I think it was two or three years ago that I heard dipole bass, talk about effortless / clean sq bass that you can't get with a sealed or ported box.
Something like this, but obviously won't work in a car so much:
