how to mount CD43 into HVAC panel

I actually flush mounted the CD43 so I no longer have the lip which will keep it form sliding back in any further....but even with the lip on the HVAC panel there still wasn't anything that kept it from flying towards the driver/passenger.

so for those who have mounted the CD43 into the HVAC panel, how did you do so?

    any help is appriciated :pimp:
