Fog light switch to turn on electric fan?

I have a 16" electric fan in my car that is wired so the AC button turns it on. Is it possible to swap the ac button for a fog light switch?

why not, you just have to find you fog light relay and connect you fan on it.

do NOT wire directly from the fog light switch as you may end up with melted wires...

I was thinking about just putting an extra foglight switch in place of the ac button to turn the fan o. I don't have ac anymore and have no use for the switch. Other than to turn the fan on

why not use the thermoswitch that's already there?
