If you ever need to buy cords.

BUY THEM FROM HERE - http://www.monoprice.com/home/index.asp

I got some 3.5mm male to 3.5mms in the mail last week. I meant to get 3.5mm male to RCA males... but stupid Andrew ordered wrong things.

Anyways got the correct ones yesterday, and both are excellent. I ordered 4 different types of cords in all, 5 cords total, and they all are great.

Under $2 each, and they are THICK and of super high quality. Also, they are super flexible, 100 times more than my crap radio shack one I had that broke.

The stupid radio shack RCA male connectors BOTH broke off in my boombox's AUX inputs. That was a fun fix... I was able to pull one out by hand. I pulled it apart for the other, but they are weird RCA connectors, and I ended up drilling it out. Which worked perfect.

Monoprice is wonderful. Parts, wire, etc.

Unless you're a cable snob who drinks the Monster Cable kool-aid or swears they can hear a difference with their $3000 speaker wire run.

Haha yup! I was soooo impressed by their quality!

Great customer service too. When I ordered my first ones it was the day before the big midwest snow flurry thing. So I didn't get them for a LONG time. They said they had shipped, but USPS said only the label had been printed. SO they sent me NEXT DAY AIR new cables!

Their premium RCAs are annoyingly hard to bend. If you don't need much flexibility, that's fine, but if you're making a 180 with a short line, use something else. They put WAY too much force on the RCA jack.

Nah my premium RCA are super flexible. I can bend it in half in like only an inch of cord.

Price to performance is by far best out there

Thats where I buy my $5 HDMI cables. I buy the short ones so they aren't such a mess.

I bought a dozen of the 12" premium RCAs. They are quite stiff - to the point where it causes problems with a couple of my amps.

Dunno. Mine are definitely not that flexible. The telling point for me isn't that you can force it into a loop - it's that the plugs have just flopped over. I could make a loop like that, but the plugs would be standing straight up.

I guess they've changed them in the last 18 months. Hopefully they stay that way, and it isn't a lot by lot lottery the way it is with DDM HID bulbs.

No that is barely anything. I didn't force them at all. Look at this

Heh. I used a bunch of them installed essentially the way you've got them drooped. (A 180 loop across ~3".) Except that mine put so much force on the RCA inputs that they wouldn't work.

Lol. That is a one foot cord.

It is 3.5mm to RCA though. I would doubt the RCA are different though.

Maybe, considering they come in much longer lengths?

I bought mine about a year ago and they definitely weren't flexible. I was wiring my monitor through the wall and had tons of trouble with the lack of flexibility.

They're definitely worth it though. Even their cheap ass wall mounts work well. My $23 thin wall mount lasted me two years before I no longer needed it.
